Return Shipping Costs
Faulty or incorrect items: No cost to the customer. This applies when the item received is incorrect, damaged in transit, or otherwise defective.
Change of mind: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. This applies when the customer ordered the wrong item, the item does not fit, or they no longer want it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item

- Pack your item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags and documents.
- Send it back: Ship your return following the instructions provided in your return authorisation email, using the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.
